Supporting Cawfest 2026: Giving Back to Cawston Primary School

At Marshalls, we believe supporting our local community is just as important as supporting local businesses.

This weekend, we were delighted to provide a range of 240-litre Marshalls wheelie bins completely free of charge to help Cawston Primary School with Cawfest 2026.

From helping keep the site clean throughout the day to collecting waste after the event, we were proud to play a small part in making the school’s summer fête a success.

Our support didn’t stop at delivering the bins. Once the event had finished, we’ll collect everything and transport the waste for disposal at no cost to the school, saving valuable fundraising money that can instead be invested back into pupils, activities and equipment.

Why Community Matters

Schools, charities and community groups work incredibly hard to organise events that bring people together. Behind every successful fête, festival or fundraiser is a huge amount of planning, and practical things like waste management can often become another expense to worry about.

If we can remove that burden, we’re happy to do so.

Supporting organisations that make Norfolk a better place to live is something we’re passionate about, and it’s just one of the ways we’re trying to build a different kind of waste company - one that’s rooted in community as well as great service.

More to Come

Cawfest is just the beginning.

Over the coming months, we’ll be announcing more community partnerships, educational projects and initiatives as we continue to invest in the places where we live and work.

To everyone at Cawston Primary School, thank you for letting us be part of your day. We hope everyone had a fantastic Cawfest!

If you’re organising a community event and need reliable waste support, get in touch with the Marshalls team. We’d love to see how we can help.
