They don’t own the bins - they just act as middlemen between you and national and local waste companies.

If a bin isn’t collected, the broker rings the collector. The collector can’t help because legally, they can’t lift another company’s bin. So the customer ends up waiting days (or even a week) for the next scheduled visit.

At Marshalls, we flipped the model on its head.

Our bins are owned and managed by us.That means the waste in them is legally ours.So if one of our collector partners can’t make it...no problem. We can get your bin serviced by any one of at least three other waste contractors within 24 hours.
